At Ella’s Kids, we are committed to providing a seamless and reliable shopping experience for all our customers. Below is an outline of our shipping process, including shipping times, rates, and policies. Please read carefully before making a purchase.

1. Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to addresses within the United States. Unfortunately, we do not offer any international shipping at this time. We do not ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

We offer the following shipping options within the U.S.:

  • Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery time: 5-7 business days
  • Expedited Shipping: Estimated delivery time: 2-3 business day

Shipping rates are calculated based on the weight of your order and the delivery destination. The exact shipping cost will be displayed at checkout.

Shipping rates are determined by the carrier and calculated at checkout. All delivery times are estimates provided by the carrier and not a guarantee of delivery date.

Carriers we offer are USPS, UPS, and DHL. 

3. Order Processing Times

All orders are processed and shipped within 2-3 business days after the order has been received in our system. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the following business day.

Once your order has been processed, you will receive an email confirmation with your tracking information. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking information to update.

Delivery times vary by destination and are calculated at checkout. Please note, all delivery times are estimates provided by USPS or UPS and Ella's Kids cannot be held responsible for any delays in delivery. We only ship to addresses located within The United States of America at this time.

Our business hours are Monday – Friday, 9:00am – 5:00pm CST.

Orders placed Monday through Friday after 5:00pm CST will be shipped the following business day.

Shipments may be sent using USPS or UPS. Shipping times are dependent on location from our main warehouse in Austin, TX. 

4. Shipping Delays

While we strive to meet the delivery times outlined above, delays can occasionally occur due to factors outside our control, such as weather conditions, carrier issues, or customs processing. Please note that these delays are not the responsibility of Ella’s Kids.

If you experience a significant delay or have not received your order within the estimated delivery window, please contact us at info@ellaskids.com, and we will do our best to resolve the issue.

5. Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost or damaged during shipping, please contact us immediately at info@ellaskids.com. We will work with the carrier to locate your package or offer a replacement, depending on the situation.

For damaged packages, please provide photos of the damage to help us expedite the resolution process.

6. Incorrect Shipping Information

Please ensure that all shipping information is correct before finalizing your order. We are not responsible for shipments delivered to incorrect addresses due to customer error. If you realize you have provided the wrong shipping address, please contact us immediately at info@ellaskids.com to correct it before the order is shipped.

7. Order Changes & Cancellations

Once your order is placed and has been shipped, we are unable to make changes or cancellations. If you wish to return your order, please refer to our Refund Policy for more details on how to initiate a return or exchange.
