At Ella’s Kids, we want you to feel confident and comfortable with your purchase. Please review our cancellation policy for both one-time purchases and subscription services below. If you need assistance with any cancellations, feel free to contact us at info@ellaskids.com.
1. Order Cancellation (One-Time Purchases)

Before Shipment: You may cancel your order for a one-time purchase anytime before it is shipped. To cancel, please contact us at info@ellaskids.com as soon as possible. Once the order has shipped, we cannot process a cancellation.

After Shipment: If your order has already shipped, you may still be eligible for a return under our Refund Policy. Please follow the return instructions on that page.
2. Subscription Cancellation
If you have signed up for a subscription (such as regular deliveries of our products), the following terms apply:

Cancellation Timing: You can cancel your subscription at any time, but cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before your next scheduled shipment to avoid being charged for that shipment.

How to Cancel: To cancel, log into your account and navigate to the “Subscriptions” section or contact our support team at info@ellaskids.com. Once you cancel, you will receive a confirmation email of your cancellation.

Refunds on Subscriptions: We do not offer refunds on shipments that have already been processed. If your cancellation was made after your most recent charge, you will still receive the product, and your subscription will end after that delivery.
3. Modifying an Order or Subscription

One-Time Purchases: If you need to modify your one-time purchase (change delivery address, update payment details, etc.), please contact us at info@ellaskids.com as soon as possible. Once the order has shipped, no modifications can be made.

Subscription Modifications: To update your subscription details, including shipping address, frequency, or product selection, log into your account or contact us at info@ellaskids.com. Please make changes at least 24 hours before the next scheduled shipment to ensure they are applied to your upcoming order.
4. Failed Payments
- If your payment method fails for a subscription, we will attempt to process the payment up to 3 times before pausing your subscription. You will receive a notification to update your payment information to continue receiving shipments.
